What is CrossFit?
Crossfit is a class based fitness regime, designed to promote a physical exercise philosophy based on functional movements at high intensity. The challenging and supportive gym environment incorporates interval training, Olympic lifting, plyometrics and gymnastics. The aim of each daily workout is to improve cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. With the expertise of the experienced trainers, all stretches, movements and exercises will be thoroughly demonstrated and explained before every workout begins. Each trainer will work with an individual both in class and one on one, to understand their strengths and weakness and to help modify any workout to accommodate all of our member’s needs.
Group CrossFit Classes
Working hard and achieving goals is the fundamental backbone of CrossFit. CrossFit in a group setting provides a unique and inspiring push that many people thrive off of. The always-welcoming community encourages fellow members to be the best they can be. Every class is closely monitored by our excellent team of coaches who are there to provide a positive, safe and goal driven environment.

12 month unlimited: $185/month (30 day cancellation)
